Honestly the worst bank I’ve ever used. I’ve made the drive to the bank 3 separate times on three different days and they were closed every time. What manager closes early? I’ve never come by, not during business hours, that means they ALWAYS close early? If I could leave 0 stars I would. And please don’t comment back, I’m closing my account, no customer service employee could change my mind, I’ve dealt with plenty of them too.
Lousy customer service
it sure would be nice if the dayam place was open more than 2 days a week.open on tue. and fri. my luck is getting paid on wed not bein able to get a check cashed. what happened to a 40 hour work week? banking hours i reckon!
The lady I spoke with was named Faith and had excellent customer service skills.
