The worst Walmart ever the worst customer service ever
My guy Rico and All the staff are very welcoming and wonderful people 10/10 recommend fsnb @walmart on Raleigh Lagrange
They never fail to be rude and treat me like a criminal everytime I go in there. 6 years banking with them in Memphis and still whenever I go in to deposit a check they want to call and verify. They have even gone so far as to tell me to come back later when they couldn't reach someone. Sometimes I'll forget to turn my hat around. Instead of asking politely they order me to turn my hat around. Will be switching soon!
Im banking with One United Bank now a bank that apprecites black peoples business. If you are an African American do not bank with this bank. The management in customer service card services and even at the branch level is ridiculous, terrible and very unprofessional. I have been a customer for over 5 years and always have a problem resolving issues. I have seen preferential treatment given right before my eyes; denying me the same courtesy as another of a different color. If I could give a 0 I would do so. I will be posting... read more
