Horrible! I was trying to cash a check because Walmart center couldn’t do it, so I went to them. The guy told me it will cost 9 dollars to cash less than a 250 check, I said okay. Him and 2 other ladies went to the back with my check and ID and I sat and waited well over 20 minutes with nothing but his big bald self to come out and say they still working on it while smacking cause he was eating. Save your time and effort, don't use this bank. They refused to take paperwork from Social security because they deemed a payee letter *too old* because it was 6 months old. To be even more certain, I showed them orders of guardianship showing I still had custody and that wasn't good enough. Like Social security just switches payees to people who don't have custody of the minor child. Even with 2 letters of award, one for regular monthly amount and one for a back pay amount. None of the workers listened to me and they acted ... read more
