I once again went to my bank of approximately 15 years to cash a "postal money order" and once again was made to jump through hoops! I am a retiree who cannot keep a balance in my account (living on only social security) so my family member helps from time to time by sending me monatery gifts. Since I had such a HORRIBLE time even depositing her checks, she has since gone to sending me POSTAL money orders instead. This money is put out of pocket by the sender so no banking is involved thus it's supposed to be easier to cash.... read more
The problems with this bank, have been addressed through their home office and the Camden DE branch and was finally resolved to a point. FYI all banks must follow the US Dept of the Treasury, Office of the Comptroller of Currency (OCC),, 400 7th St SW, Washington DC 20219... phone (202)649-6800. The bank has tellers who don't care to learn proper procedures but have no trouble picking up a paycheck. Get it together FSNB! Excuses don't cut it when you're dealing with people's livelihood.
DONT OPEN A ACCOUNT HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A SENIOR!!! They holding my mother's money she has nothing the same aide has been cashing her checks for a Year then the stupid lady that's been taking the checks for a year because she don't like her refused all of a sudden my mother called them and still making her suffer without her money DO BETTER FSNB since I can't reply to my reply weve called enough customer support is no help we just charging banks that can care to our needs
Now this bank i love not the Dover location. I come out my way to skip past dover location and get the amazing customer service here. Keep it up guys!!
