This bank is the worst. They charge fees for everything. I had a charge for returned mail. I had to go to bank with id and mail to prove it was there mistake. They did remove that charge. I rarely use this account so I check it today its in negative. I noticed a charge I was not familiar with caused it to put account in the negative. So I called spoke to representative ask for account to be closed. Was told it had to be brought to 0 before they could close the account. So I said well I have charges I didn't make. I give this bank a 5star ,I'm always met with a smile and good customer service. When I started my banking account at fsnb,Gabrielle was alot of help ,took her time explain everything,I've had no problems with this bank.i would recommend Fsnb
Pretty Sad Even tho I'm married and haven't had my name changed but have proof providing I say I am who I say I am and they won't open an account! I would not recommend anyone using this bank
