My advisor did not contact me for one full year and then only to provide me with a new password. He is happy to take thousands from me but doesn’t provide any service. Total waste of money. Just trying to figure out how to dump him.
I have been terribly disappointed in this company. My financial advisor left the company in 2017 and he was great, but once he left I NEVER heard from anyone. One year later I have to bother the company to even assign someone to my accounts. I know we're in the age of technology, but the lack of follow through has been terrible public relations. I'm moving my money somewhere else.
