Horrible company. Avoid at all costs
contracted through home depot. Failed to show up for a delivery and falsified the notes claiming a bad address. No english speakers on the subsequent delivery making communication problematic. Unless Home Depot dumps these chumps, I will look elsewhere for appliances.
Absolutely the WORST. Three delivery attempts, 2 days off work later and they are lying saying they attempted delivery while in the notes with Home Depot is shows never loaded on the truck. FSA Logistix is angry with me for expecting them to do their job and intentionally making it difficult. Before you order from Home Depot, Lowes, etc. check with them if delivery will be done by FSA Logistix and if they use them, don't order.
Rude horrible drivers. Dropped fridge refused to bring in new one and refused to hook it up. Home depot should cut ties with your company before they loose customers because of you. I am also reporting to the FMCSA.
