My niece had her new cadillac bumper damaged by a man loading shingles in her hatchback and the owner agreed to have her 579$ of repairs done(she has all pictures before and after, along with notarized statements from an individual that saw the bumper prior to going to Vanhoose lumber, then another man that saw it directly afterward(with times and dates on pics). While buying supplies at FS Vanhoose, Lumber Company in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, my vehicle was damaged during the loading process while loading shingles. There is no dispute the incident occurred at that time. I have proof in pictures that were taken four days prior to the incident after I hand waxed the SUV myself. They damaged my daughters vehicles bumper, asked her to get another estimate, then DECIDED he didnt think his loader would lie about scratching her NEW MINT CONDITIONED vehicle bumper. He may not have even realized he did it, however what loader is ever going to admit fault anyway! Come on Vanhoose lumber! It was only going to cost them 579$ now we will take them to small claims because she has so much proof they cant not reward her the $.
