Demeaning and unprofessional staff. Terry and her supervisor are the epitome of ‘What not to do; customer service edition’. I called to close an account they allowed to overdraft after it was inactive for over a year and had 2$ sitting in it. After enduring her rude attitude, i decided i no longer wished to bank there and i would give a card over the phone to satisfy the account and close it. The employees of The First State Bank of Malta are knowledgeable, attentive and kind. Great customer service!
I've never had to spend more than 5 minutes when I go inside to talk with them. They answer my questions easily and I'm on my way. Great ladies at the main desk. I refer all of my friends to them.
