Ordered online and was charged for items that were not delivered. They didn’t even try to replace them. They just charged me for them and didn’t deliver them. I called to ask to have the items refunded and they said I needed to come in to get the items. I ordered delivery so I wouldn’t have to go in to get the items….. that is literally the reason for delivery. Do not use the Fry’s app for delivery.
