Pete frye is an outdated lawyer who is not up to date on current laws. I used him to evict a tenant and not only did pete frye use a title that was extinguished to evict the tenant, he also made my ownership a question when it wasn't a question before. Pete frye is not current on tax foreclosure laws although he thinks he is. Pete frye needs to update himself on laws such as 211.78L. I had one of the worse experiences with him. He was very rude. And was picking on me. And told me it was good for me that my dad passed away. This happened about a month ago. When I came to ask Mr. Frye for help.
My son wanted to talk to him about people smoking in a non-smoking apartment. Pete was very rude and unkind toward him from the start and laughed at him when he was told about one of my son's medical issues. My son has a disability and making a good first impression is one of those disabilities. Mr. Frye was in no way interested in helping my son out at all.
