My sister was taken to Fryatt Hospital for end of life care , I cant think of anywhere else that I would want to go myself if in the same situation as my sister. The care that she received and the support that was given to the family was faultless.
I have just been discharged from Trinity ward. My experience with all nursing staff day and night, Physio, carers,tea and coffee lady/man,room cleaners was a positive one..A great team that encouraged me and helped on road towards my recovery. I have only gratitude towards all staff.Thankyou.
Don't believe the hype about this hospital the physio is not what it should be. My father was sent here for rehabilitation from a stroke that left him unable to use his left side.I was told this hospital would work wonders and he would get physio every day. His main physio consisted of hoisting him out of bed and putting him into a chair. ( I was informed of this when he got sent back to Colchester hospital with pneumonia and the physio there told me ) Some days I would have to ask for him to be put into the chair.
