I’m a regular customer and usually have a good experience here. Recently bought a box of 12 mangoes on clearance for $15. Although the packaging was transparent, the internal condition wasn’t visible. After opening at home, only 4 were edible — the rest were rotten inside. I understand clearance items may be very ripe(that’s actually the reason I bought as I use them for dessert) but they should still be fit for consumption. Just sharing feedback for quality control.
bought 3 mangoes for $7 today. They looked very nice from outside, but all 3 are damaged inside and have no taste. I am very disappointed. Could you please check this and let me know if I can get a refund or replacement? Thank you.
Use to be fantastic, now the fruit and vege tastes the same as Woolworths, but you just pay more. Such a pity.
Product as always fresh and reasonably priced, and a great variety available all year round.
