Pay close attention to the fine print. The initial "estimated" expenses were far from the actual figures. The fees, in my opinion, were not adequately disclosed, and I was too far along in the process to change my mind by the time I discovered how much I was really spending. It felt more like a sales trap than a partnership. Look around before making a commitment.
Due to incomplete documentation, loan approval was delayed, which resulted in problems with the property vendor.
