Charges EXORBITANT fees. We were charged $5,200 for our PERSONAL tax return. We were told this was after a 50% discount! We incurred $7000 in penalties due to their inept handling of our return as well. We were also double charged for an out of state form were we were refunded every penny from that state after the second filing. "Distinct performance standards". ??? Horrible. A company that I'm invested in hired them to do an audit, the audit was supposed to be completed in May, it is now October 25th and the audit is still not completed, I would have preferred if the company would have been straightforward and told us that our job is more than they can handle, instead they took the job and they are 5 months late already.
They clearly don’t know what they’re doing when auditing companies. Avoid at all cost.
