My client is unable to walk a she cannot sit for a long period of time. The workers you talk to on the phone tell you one thing an do another. Very rude. Drivers don’t help. They are also always late.
So I'm a manager at McDonald's and we have quite a few people the use FRS, they have their schedules post and sent to FRS and for some reason they come a hour or a half hour early or 2 or so hours late. When they come early they expect us to let our employees go early and of we don't they don't get a ride there for we have to either be short people so they go home or we have to tell our employees no and they have to find a different ride.
