I arrange pickup/ delivery from my coffee supplier in Calgary to my Coffee trailer once a week in Eckville and they always acknowledge my request promptly. My deliveries always arrive when they say it will! I had one delay and they immediately informed me so no guessing on arrival! The drivers who have delivered are always courteous and handle my product carefully! I would highly recommend Frozen Solid.
An absolute joke of a company. They lie and say the "attempted delivery" when we know for a fact they did not. We have cameras everywhere. They are inconsiderate, unorganized and unprofessional. I'm SHOCKED any reputable company would use their service for the delivery of goods. Skip using them. The other garbage reviews are true.
Professional and courteous
Honestly such a poorly managed distribution company. This past year every shipment has basically been late or super delayed and they don’t know how to communicate for jack all. It seems like none of your drivers ever know what the hell is actually going on. The first thing you see on the website is “ensuring quality along the way” but that’s complete crap.
Great people great service
