Retained Frost law in 2021. My case fell by the wayside for 2 years while staff quit, it changed hands no less than 3 times for 3 different lawyers and 4 different admins. They stalled by asking for my documents stating they lost them. My 3rd attorney finally filed something on my behalf before she resigned and today the firm called me to tell me they did the work for free and its $6,000 worth of work and I need to sign a new agreement and pay them $3000 more.
