Putting an atm in the drive thru lane where customers can also instead just use teller services is the most inefficient design. You need to make a dedicated atm lane. Been waiting behind one car to use ATM for 12 minutes. Ridiculous. I don’t bank here my husband does.
Rude tellers, idk y there's 10 of yall but only 1 working.. especially if there is a new customer don't bank here
