Every time I go to that frost bank location, the ATM is never working. How is this a new Frost Bank location and the ATM is NEVER WORKING!!! UGHH!!! This makes no sense!!!!? FIX IT!!!!!
Never going back to this branch. Went in to speak with a banker about accounts. Didn't introduce himself or ask my name. No hand shake. No 'how are you'. Came out from his office to see me and instead of leading me back to his office he placed himself between me and the offices as if guarding them. Stated having the conversation and asking questions right there in the lobby. This bank needs a lot more training. This is the third time I came to this bank. And they keep telling me that I have to pay for casher's check when they don't even look at my account. And I have some to sit there and argue with them telling them I don't ever pay, and they say it is practice. But then after they look at my account, they're like, oh I'm sorry, sir. I love Frost Bank!
Representative that helped open the account put the WRONG PHONE NUMBER, waited 10 minutes to talk to a person online for them to tell me they have to talk to the rep that opened the account. They also didn’t activate the card so I have no way of accessing the account or setting anything up. Thanks Phoenix Bryant, and if you didn’t help sorry. Your card is in the folder.
