Representative that helped open the account put the WRONG PHONE NUMBER, waited 10 minutes to talk to a person online for them to tell me they have to talk to the rep that opened the account. They also didn’t activate the card so I have no way of accessing the account or setting anything up. Thanks Phoenix Bryant, and if you didn’t help sorry. Your card is in the folder.
Whats the point of having an ATM if its always messed up. Cant deposit or withdraw money from it.
This is the WORST Frost Bank in Texas. LOVE Frosr Bank but don't ever, ever, ever go to this bank. The women in this bank are mean and rude, NOT at all helpful!!!!! You need to go to any other Frost Bank to get Frost Bank's friendly service. Just need to stay away from this one!!!!!! I certainly hope Frost Bank takes notice of this bank! I tried to go to their public BBQ event today. People were rude, I couldn't get in the door to be with my husband. They were rude to him. The security shut the door in my face and left. I won't be going to that bank or any event they have. So disrespected. I would have given 0 stars but I gave a one.
