What a thrilling experience! The process was quick and seamless, and the staff were absolutely phenomenal! While I was waiting for verification and to sign some documents, their customer service truly shined. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease! I can’t remember the names of the incredible ladies, but one had awesome tattoos and the other sported stunning long blonde hair—both were simply amazing! A huge thank you for all your help! I’m beyond glad to be banking with Frost!
Friendly people, terrible ATM access. No convenient walk up and expensive. When trying at access cash, I was initially denied because I was not within acceptable limits. The ATM did not inform me of the limits. I do know that i was well below my daily limit. $3.00 fee on a $60 dollar withdrawal is not acceptable. I would give this bank a hard pass.
