Very hospitality and professional
I opened our business accounts in the Woodlands. The customer service was exceptional at that location. My business is much closer to this location and it has been a nightmare. I added a second signer on the company accounts and we had to visit the branch two additional times to get the errors resolved. The VP of the Woodlands branch drove to our office do to an oversight on a Company card as well. The customer service with the exception of two tellers were not customer friendly. They will open an account for a minor with no ID….and If you ask the manger Sam about it he will just freeze the account. I’m pretty sure this is all illegal…..
The lady’s at the front just talk to each other and leave people waiting without saying even hi??? Not coming back it’s always in this location
