They will open an account for a minor with no ID….and If you ask the manger Sam about it he will just freeze the account. I’m pretty sure this is all illegal…..

Alisa's costumer service is very cold and rude. I usually come to this bank and never had an issue. Today, I understood the transaction was not able to be done but she offered to call the manager which I agreed but never explained calling the manager was sending an email and waiting for an email response. When I asked do I wait here? She responded very upset telling me "she knew the answer was going to be a No and I could wait here or comeback whenever I wanted" .
