I’ve banked with several institutions over the years, and most of them treat you like you’re an inconvenience walking into their bank. Frost Bank, specifically the Tomball location, is different . When you walk in the door, they greet you with a smile, remember your name and seem to really care about you. I will be a lifelong Frost customer.
Genuinely the WORST bank I have ever banked with. I have had 3 different fraudulent charges on my account and they could truly care less.
I decided to try Frost bank because they have a location right down the street. They called me a few days after signing up to welcome me and find out if I had any questions. Their app is up to date and easy to use which is important to me because some banks have really awful mobile apps. I thought it was neat that they can connect with your payroll provider to set up direct deposit for you. If you’re looking to switch I recommend checking out this bank.
