Very nice and appealing building. Staff was friendly, helpful and welcoming.
One of easiest errands I had to run this morning. I tried to get a checking account at Frost Bank TC, that I assumed would be a 15-20min ordeal. After opening the door and greeting the 2 young counter people, I spent the next 15 minutes being asked to provide 8 different forms of ID and 6 separate billing statements, I provided all of the above and included a speeding ticket that verified both my address’s.
