Such a good bank, I have never had better management of my account, loan, and information and updates then they give. I have 3 commerical lending loans, home loan, vehicle loa, etc and nobody runs their business likle frost bank for customer service, friendliness, rates.
they keep your money safe and the tellers are always friendly, kind, helpful, and caring. what more do you really need in a bank

Don't bother
Stopped in this branch today and the 3 lady’s working the front told me it would be a few minuets before they could help me. They proceeded to stand around and talk about car shows and bars they went to and ignore the customer I decided to use the atm and leave. Every other frost I’ve been to has great customer service but this one is definitely lacking.
