Have been with Frost since 2022 and primarily come to location since live further south but have been to other locations. Frost overall has become my favorite bank especially for early pay day, Zelle and EXCELLENT customer service, that's 24/7 availability on the app, very VERY nice app as a whole! Just only frustration recently is becoming more frequent is the temporary issues preventing me from checking my account, which is aggravating at times. Went to cash a check today and Evalinda was so helpful! She made the process smooth and fast. This location offers a coffee table with sugar/creamer and even little cookies. The bank smells like a coffee shop I was sold right away! Evalinda deserves a raise she has the best attitude and spirit.
