On 08/18/2025, while trying to cash a CASHIER'S check, that was addressed to me! I was treated unfairly and denied equal access to services. I believe this was due to my race and ethnicity as I received different treatment compared to others in similar financial situations. This violates the Equal Credit Opportunity Act and Fair Housing Act. Very creepy and incompetent employees. Never going to this branch AGAIN! Frost customer service has gone downhill!!! Can’t believe how many times I’ve had so many issues here. False information all the time. I’ve had to go to other branches because this one had horrible employees. Plus they’re very creepy with their fake kindness….just please do your job and be genuine. Stop being fake and incompetent!!!

Disappointed in my experience at the branch today; the clerk notified me that I was not able to receive provisional credit until after three days, though this is false information. I don’t appreciate being lied to and especially not making sure that the information was verified as correct. This is terrible customer service and should be addressed right away.
