My son opened a account with them I gave him a personal check for 2500 every thing went fine wrote another check for the same amount and they locked his account so he can not get access to his money this money is coming out of a life insurance policy that they have already cashed they have one woman that handles these security locks my son has call her several times a day want return his call.I would be careful about opening a account with them
Every experience I've had at the branch and on the phone has been excellent. I am so glad we made the switch!
I rarely visit this particular location but Ms. Charlene has made this bank my number one. She was so patient, kind and very informative. Great experience and I will be back!
