I have a checking, savings & cd account with Frost. I also bank elsewhere. I went today, as I have several times, in the past, to get a small money order. Today, they charged me a $5.00 fee! They have Never charged me, a money order fee, in the past! If they are going to start, nickel & diming me, I'll close All my accounts & move my money, elsewhere! That's just bad business! Always a good customer service experience at Frost. The staff at the Denton branch is always helpful. And, the bank’s phone reps have always been very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
Liberty at this location was wonderful! I had a bit of a weird situation when I opened an account and she could not have been more respectful and accommodating. It was truly one of the best experiences I’ve had at any given bank and I’m really glad I chose Frost!!
Frost in Denton, Texas never answers the phone and is very unhelpful in person.
