Not surprised they already have bad reviews. I’ll put it simply. Go somewhere else. This company misplaced a huge sum of money into the wrong account. The higher ups blamed everyone but themselves. They even threw the employee under the bus. They claimed it was her mistake and the system. So again. Take your money somewhere else. Not just the crappy branch, but Frost bank as a whole can bite me. Sorry for the dramatics. But I’ve never experienced this so it’s very frustrating.
