DO NOT TRUST THIS BANK
Customer service is bad. They ask you all of these questions and want all of your information. Which is very uncomfortable. Then talk about building a relationship with customers which I don’t feel like this bank does. This was a very horrible experience and a waste of time. I went to two different locations and you think the next location would be better than the first sorry it’s not both experience was terrible. I would prefer Regions bank instead. I wouldn’t even give this bank 1 star google making me 0/10.
I've been with frost bank for years and this is by far the worst branch i have ever visited. Staff were not friendly and it's a really sketchy neighborhood. Do not recommend!
