Today I went in this branch and was greeted by Cindy. She didn't have a name tag on. So i'm not sure if the name she gave me is correct. She said that this wasn't her branch. I came in to withdraw funds. From an account that my husband and I share. She wanted to know who was he ? Then she proceeded to look through my account at my transactions and deposits as if I needed to explain each one to her. I felt very discriminated against. Not A good feeling. She needs some etiquette classes.
How incredibly disappointed i am. 4 ladies at the front none cared to invest any energy in helping me open an account
