Forget about business banking at Frost. Aside from a lack of technology, this branch is managed by possibly the worse retail banker I have ever dealt with. I filed a complaint with the bank, I have received no response. I am closing my company and personal accounts and will not be banking with Frost again.
If I had to choose a few words describing my experience at Frost Bank, I would start with lifesavers!! On some many occasions Frost Bank has been in my corner faithfully! I would like to personally thank each and every Frost Bank employee
