I had an extremely negative experience at Frost Bank yesterday. I visited the branch to inquire about some unexpected fees on my account, but the interaction quickly became frustrating. I came today after work to set up a business and personal account. I was greeted by Dedra at 4:36pm. She looked at her watch and said it was a bit late. I told her I took off work to come and couldn’t leave work until 4. She proceeded to ask probing questions after realizing I was potentially opening a business and personal she asked if I had certain documents and sat me in a room alone.
