The team here I s awesome ! Banking with this bank is one of the smartest decisions me and my wife have made.
I walked in the bank with an appointment with “Eric Tumax”, guy was standing behind the desk when he heard me mention my appointment with him and said absolutely nothing to me. I was told by the receptionist to take a seat and wait for Eric. The same guy awkwardly walks in a few moments later again without a hello and bare minimum eye contact… just a weird experience at this specific Frost with this specific guy. (Plano rd ladies were lovely)
Tellers and bankers need training on elderly getting scammed. Should had easily been caught by the teller
They’re very helpful and informative in the branch location and corporate customer service !!
