Walked in to open a bank account and i guess due to the way i was dressed and because my billing address was different then what’s on my id the lady made a big deal about it saying she’s uncomfortable with opening me an account worst bank i have ever been to 5225 north garland rd avoid this location!

The service at Frost Bank is impressive. They are very prompt at taking care of their customers. You are not a number to them, you are treated as a person. I’ve never had a bank call me fir several weeks after I opened an account. But Frost bank does to check on you. I had a few questions and she couldn’t answer it. So she got the answer and called me back promptly with the answer. Open an account at Frost.
