This isn’t an actual branch, at least there is no management on site. There were two clerks when I went inside to receive funds from a cashiers check. I have been in there once before to get old statements - I do not bank with Frost any longer. On both occasions I had been met with ill-equipped and poorly managed staff. They use instant messaging on their laptop to a different off site bank manager in order to do anything with an ounce of complexity. The 2 existing reviews for this branch are totally out of date. Wife & I relocated to this area about 2 years ago & were delighted to discover this Frost branch near our new location. I opened a Frost account about 30 years ago & have maintained it ever since.
Frost bank has grown a lot recently in the Houston area. The problem is most of the branches in Houston are lobby only. Due to Corona they have had all of their lobby's closed for months now. This has forced me to drive 45 mins to the other side of town in order to make necessary business deposits. Fortunately for me I only have to deal with it once a month and I don't have my personal checking through them...
