I love this Bank so very much. This location has the nicest and helpful staff. Kiley and John always go above and beyond. I feel like a part of the family.
We were told Frost Bank accepts paper IDs, so after spending money on an Uber to get there, we came in hoping to open an account and start banking there. Unfortunately, the experience felt very dismissive. The representative stated they would “rather do business with people wanting a long-term relationship, not just opening an account to deposit a check,” which felt unfair and assumptive since opening an account there was exactly what I intended to do. They will not allow you to make change even if your family banks with them.
Kiley, John and Daniel - not only professional, kind, patient and understanding, but some of the finest people I know! Always helpful and knowledgeable, always and consistently. There is no other bank I could feel as comfortable as these folks make me feel. I even consider them as ‘friends’.
Everyone in my family banks at Frost Bank. I have been banking with Frost Bank for well over 20 years. This location has not been open long but every time I or anyone in my household walks in the entire staff is very helpful and incredibly friendly. The young man that is the manager knows our names and is just wonderful. I appreciate this location and Frost Bank altogether!
