The bank tellers were very friendly.The bank had a great atmosphere.It's always nice to go to Frost bank.They know you by name.
We have had our family's account with Frost for over 40 years and this location is the worst in Corpus for customer service. Staff was ok until a very rude and judgemental lady came over when I asked them to look into an error on Frost's part. Wouldn't even look into it and made me feel very unwelcome (like I was trying to rob the place or something), so I left and will do my business at another branch. Shame on her
Amazing service - said the place looked like Gringotts and they offered me a coffee. 10/10 would recommend the coffee was bussin.
