I went to the branch to open a personal account, but the experience was very disappointing. Instead of making the process easy, everything was made complicated. The banker was not able to open the account and said it could not be done due to procedures. I was not informed that I could open it online, and no clear guidance or alternative solution was offered. As a customer, I expected better support and clearer communication. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time. I hope the bank improves its customer service.
