I've banked with Frost for many years & it's been the Best Bank & one of the smartest decisions I've ever made to stay with them.
This was my first time visiting this location, and I’m so impressed! The staff here genuinely care and go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome. Their kindness and helpfulness really stood out. I can’t speak for other locations, but this one is hands down the best! Highly recommend!
Poor customer service! I stopped by to make a cash deposit as well as a change of address. The teller was very polite and helpful with the cash deposit. As I requested the change of address teller stated I would have to wait for the banker standing next to him and asked us to take a seat. The banker Hope proceeded to fiddle with signature cards from a previous customer to which she failed to gather signatures.
