Lajean was amazing. She held me navigate a complex issue, get my account set up, and resolve an issue on my bank app. She is absolutely amazing.
USE THIS BANK!!!! A+++++ normally I’m not a fan of banks whatsoever, they’re mechanical and for themselves. This is the only bank I’ve ever been to where it’s 100% the opposite. I have the best experiences at this location. I believe Erica is the one who assisted in opening my account she operated with a commendable amount of accuracy & efficiency. I went this past weekend and had the pleasure of meeting Lajean her level of care, service, & sincerity are 2nd to none. There is a bonus banking here because of these two ladies!! It brings "peace of mind" knowing these two professionals are placed at my local Fro$t bank
Michelle Knight is our knight in shining armor! She has been more than accommodating and helpful in ways we didn't think bankers would be.
