This bank is AWFUL. I have been a customer for years, back in August there was an EFT draft of 553.00 on my account supposedly to my credit card company-so I called them and they said NO we received your normal payment of 50.00 (this is reflected on credit card statement) so I called bank, they gave me temporary credit, made me file a stop payment for that merchant (which was fine I would just pay my credit card through my other bank account), charged me 30.00 to stop payment.
