Every time I go to this branch and I deal with Alexis, she is the non-friendly customer service rep I’ve ever seen in my life. She looked at me like I’m doing something wrong or I’m a criminal when I have proudly served this country and I’m a local business owner. Don’t like this feeling Frost. I will not return to this branch.
Went in on 11/26 Sofia was very helpful she was patient and answered all the questions we asked, open an account with ease even someone with open one, because of the service I will be returning and recommend
