Frost Bank is one of the 50th largest banks in the country. But the employee I spoke with yesterday told me they are so small and conservative they can't possibly consider giving me a debt consolidation loan despite being a customer over 6 years, and trying multiple times to get a loan. What can I say… I came in today to apply for a loan — something the website advertised as a quick 15-minute process — but it ended up taking over an hour. The person helping us kept leaving and coming back, clearly unsure of what to do or how to handle the situation. There was no communication or explanation for the delay, just long stretches of silent staring at the computer and tapping on keys, followed by more trips to ask someone else questions. Unprofessional service. The workers that have been “helping” me act like it’s their first day of work ever. They got my SSN wrong twice and then blame me. It seems like they didn’t even check if my SSN is real when I first opened my account. Doesn’t seem a safe place to keep all your money at. I was reading it to them multiple times and even showed them the numbers and they still get it wrong. And that’s from people who work with numbers everyday. They work insanely slow. Incompetent staff.
Such poor service at this location. Clerks here don’t even smile. They look like they hate the customers or hate working here.
