Such poor service at this location. Clerks here don’t even smile. They look like they hate the customers or hate working here.
Slow
This is the best service I have received from any bank. The employees go out of their way to assist and educate. At this Bank location those that have been most helpful onsite are Adele, Kenzie and Jason before he moved to another location. I recommend Frost to everyone.
Drove into town to do some necessary banking during normal business hours at the Bee Cave branch and was surprised to find the bank empty and closed with no information whatsoever. After calling to the bank I was told “sorry, maybe 10:30” What is going on? This is not a smoothie shop, or a skate shop where you open whenever someone decides to get out of bed.
