I went in to discuss our familiy trust and give Frost Bank an update. The Hispanic gorl behind the counter was very condescending and had us discussing our private business with our trust documents spread put all over the front counter instead of taking us to a private room with a banker like RBFCU and Navy FCU do. She was very unprofessional.
