I don't know what these other people with negative reviews are talking about? Go to RBFCU if you really really want to see crappy service. Frost bank is the best bank I have ever used!
ATM is always broke !! Anytime I need to make a deposit I can’t ever seem to, and many times not able to make a withdrawal. The ATM is outdated. They need to get a newer updated ATM like several of the other Frost bank locations. They’re just cheap at this particular location !!!

Worst bank to have your money at, atm kept $800, gave me a receipt saying to contact the bank, i contacted them and showed them my receipt and they did not want ti be responsible for the money that the atm kept, they did not want to provide me with a claim number, they did not want to provide credit for that amount and they did not want to approve a higher overdraft amount. I am still waiting for an answer and for my money to be returned and no one seems interested on helping me resolve that issue.
