Rosemary should be fired. Wanted to open an account for $100,000 but her attitude and customer service was terrible. Very discriminatory and has no reason to be working for Frost Bank. I will be taking my business else where.

Best bank I've ever had the pleasure to do business with as well as personal banking...the most courteous professional staff...I left Frost and went to B of A (sucks), Wells Fargo (sucks), and Chase ( sucks big) and came back to Frost and am extremely happy I did... Don't let the big banks tell you they are better...you are nobody but a number to them!!
