Had a dormant account that drained $70 in leftover balance. Would not waive fees since they already waived for one year. Would not loan money, so just went next door and borrowed at SSFCU. NOow have s protected checking account and new financer.

After banking with this company for 10+ years they deleted my checking account without warning. I had just lost my job and they did not reach out to me at all. I tried to log on the website and it said I no longer had an account there. I went in person and they told me they no longer wanted me as a customer and gave no reasoning. Even the "manager" had no explanation. These are bad people. I would go invest my money with Wells Fargo, Chase, or a local credit union. These people will pull the rug from under you.
