Had to file a billing dispute with Frost after a vendor billed me for a month of service AFTER I canceled. Frost issued me a provisional credit (as they should), but then decided after the fact that they wanted their money back apparently & they reversed the credit ($200 STOLEN from my account). I banked with Frost for 34 years, but I am going today to close my account. DO NOT EXPECT FROST TO HAVE YOUR BACK IN 2026. Do not let their previous good reputation cloud your judgement.
