I am very disappointed in the fact that the tellers in the drive thru at this location almost always get my deposit wrong. I have left post it notes on deposits with specific instructions and yet the common sense is just is not there. I am so frustrated with this branch. It seems as though they do not have the sense to check the bank bag for loose change. On several occasions I have made deposits to get whole dollar bills back, instead I get loose change because they do not bother to check the bag for the coins that go with ... read more
I overall enjoy my bank. What I don’t enjoy is the poor customer service from the drive thru teller Vanny. On multiple occasions I’ve pulled up to complete a transaction and wasn’t greeted or even thanked upon completion of transaction. On today’s visit I kindly expressed my concern regarding her not greeting me like the other tellers do and even asking me if I needed anything else at the end of my transaction.
