I overall enjoy my bank. What I don’t enjoy is the poor customer service from the drive thru teller Vanny. On multiple occasions I’ve pulled up to complete a transaction and wasn’t greeted or even thanked upon completion of transaction. On today’s visit I kindly expressed my concern regarding her not greeting me like the other tellers do and even asking me if I needed anything else at the end of my transaction. The tellers and managers truly care about members.
I had the pleasure of Victoria Cantu helping me with a situation I had, on 4/28/25. She was very kind, and helpful and very, very patient with me. Also you have a female guard at the door who is so nice and pleasant and gives VIP service by opening the door and greeting you. Makes you feel very welcomed. Thank you .
