Worse experience I’ve had banking with any frost branch. Highly advise going to another location. Recently went in and was ignored by two tellers. Even after helping a customer before me no one told me they would be with me and one of the tellers walked straight to the back. Horrible experience and can mess up minutes of your life you can’t get back. 😡😡😡
I wish I could give the location in Duncanville off of US-67 0 stars. They have no customer service skills and could care less about the ppl they serve. Mike and Sam both need jobs that require no talking or interacting with customers. Plus, Frost, as a whole, needs to reevaluate the way they train employees. The number to call for general info, don't expect to get the correct answer from them. I just drive over 20miles only to find the info she gave me over the phone was COMPLETE incorrect. Stay with Bank of America stay with Chase or really any other bank, don’t believe in the “we are local and smaller and we take better care of your business” They all are rude and unprofessional and they don’t care about you , all you ever going to hear is “there’s nothing we can do for you” and if you already have an account stay away from this location!
Opened an account today and Charisma was so polite and professional. Great first experience
