I hate giving them a star. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I came to this Frost Bank. What a bunch of snobs. Even if you count your change and wrap it, they refuse to take it because they have to send it out. It’s too much for them to try to count and calculate it and credit your bank account. I guessing elementary Math was too hard for them. They wouldn’t even bother with me. I guess I was spoiled by professional Bankers at Frost Bank Humble, TX where I have banked for 7 years. 2025.04.22 Shredding Event! Frost Bank is supporting the local community with a shredding event! They provide water and cookies for guests too! I had two big black trash bags of documents to shred and they helped me out with a smile!
