The incompetence of this bank is astounding! Over 2 weeks and still haven’t gotten a debit card for our new account and the guy at the branch said that the guy who did my new account was a “new floater” and that they don’t verify each others work. Like what!?! at any other bank you would get your debit card in a couple days or max a week. And Rebecca Greer who is supposed to be our personal banker, even she can’t tell us what happened or what’s going on and no one can give us any answers.
