Excellent customer service.
Customer service is sub par. They tell me I can create a new debit card for my business account to give to employees (who are also family members) without them present and in fact did it when I opened the account and stated i won’t have a problem if I need another one. Tried it at this location and they provided me with no solution and stated I can’t do it without the other person present even though I’ve had this done prior and even had it done at other banks because it was MY account and I am the only one with legal access... read more
