I love Frost bank, been with them for some time now. New building on Port looks amazing. But whos idea was it to put the ATM machine in the same lane as a teller line? I went to pull some cash out and was stuck waiting behind a car who was using the drive thru teller line. Not very convenient having to wait just to use an ATM that is not being used by the car in front of me, ended up just leaving.
Best bank helps you with little trouble I say better than everything else I ran into I have had no issues so far and I'm very happy because of the kindness they have to help people with little trouble I have seen no other bank that does what this bank do I have told myself I'm never switching
