Frost is incredible !!! Best customer care in the banking business, second to none. This past month I was overdrawn by about $50. This is not how I do business, however, I would have been stuck 1000 miles from home in Mississippi, but I called customer service explained what was going on and they just said it's okay! They were able to allow me to purchase airline tickets, eat and pay my phone bill all with an already OVERDRAWN ACCOUNT!!!! Who does that??? Frost does and I am grateful!!! Thank you FROST. Very nice staff and courteous. I just don't understand why when you deposit a payroll check through drive thru it takes longer for the funds to be available than when going into the lobby. Still 5 stars.
