Been Frost Customer for 25 yrs. Went into this particular location for an easy transaction. The purchase of a gift card. Emily S requested that I verify I'm a Frost Customer and requested my license. No problem. Standard procedure. On top of the gift card, I requested a withdrawal. She filled out the slip and passed it to me. I signed and AFTER ALREADY had been verified by virtue of my ID and accessing my account she stated my signature on the slip didn't match what they had and needed another form of identification.
